Crystls Aparthotel

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Flachau! The apartment was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade, which made our family vacation even more enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Nikola for his warm hospitality and outstanding service—he truly made us feel at home. The location is excellent, the facilities are well maintained, and everything was organized perfectly. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Flachau and would be delighted to stay here again. Thank you for making our vacation so memorable!

Good apartment within walking distance of the Starjet 1 lift. The bedrooms have excellent beds with good mattresses. The breakfast buffet is well prepared. If you want to drink something in the evening, you can take it from the refrigerator downstairs and indicate on a form what you drank. Well-functioning free WiFi. In a word, perfect.

Unfortunately, the website promises more, it is not as exclusive and great. It is loud, the predominantly Dutch guests are inconsiderate and loud. The reception is mostly on the phone and is not competent. The equipment in the mini kitchen is a disgrace, there is not enough cutlery, the coffee machine overflows, the microwave makes a hell of a noise. It is very noisy, my request for a quiet room was unfortunately not taken into account. The distance to the elevator is not right, especially since you have to cross a street. You can expect more for this price.
