Super family hotel! Everything is just right here. Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, great food, and very attentive staff. The newly designed outdoor area makes the vacation perfect. In addition, there is a large variety of excursion destinations and activities for young and old.

Great family hotel, delicious and varied food, friendly staff! Everything top, we were there for the 2nd. Time and just as happy as the 1st. Time. The pool, which has been heated since this year, is a big plus with children.

We were there with 3 children and had two 3-bed rooms that were accessible through a shared hallway. Rooms were very clean, the cleaning staff very diligent! The service staff was also very nice and quick with service. The food was good, unfortunately dinner was only available until 8:00 PM and at exactly 8:00 PM the food was removed from the buffet - even when asked to leave it for a moment because someone was still coming, the staff was not very pleased. With "all-inclusive," a beverage bar with juices is available until 9:00 PM. Our children wanted to fill up a water bottle during the day for hiking and were informed by a gentleman that this was NOT allowed, the drinks MUST be consumed in the hotel - very unusual 🤨 and not guest-friendly! The pool was unfortunately much too small for the number of children vacationing there, and there were also far too few sun loungers available. And the mattresses in the beds are waaaay too soft - you sink in up to your knees🤦‍♀️
