No matter where you are in the house or out and about, you feel and experience an honest closeness and actually feel right at home. The service in the restaurant is top-notch and the treatments in the spa are an unforgettable experience. Everyone there is heart and soul into it and gets an A+!

We had a fabulous week here. Family of 5 from Scotland (3 grown children 21, 19 and 16). Everything about the hotel we loved. Wonderful food. Beautiful facilities and spacious rooms. Superb coffee! Endless amounts of sun loungers around the pools and gardens. The setting is stunning. Fantastic walk loop around the lake ( a little under 2 hours). Beautiful lake for swimming/paddles etc. Transport into Salzburg is so easy too....we used the free bus with the tourist pass to get in and out...very short walk from the hotel. No hire car needed unless you want to go off and explore the other lakes. Excellent fully equipped gym. We did some classes which were great and had a stunning view to the lake as you work out. Also table tennis, pool, game areas. Lots of quiet seating areas. Lovely relaxed bar for the evening. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Felt like they had thought of everything. Didn't want to leave and will definitely return.
