The White Deer is not only beautifully located, directly on Lake Wolfgang with a very nice guest garden, it is also very chic and comfortably furnished inside. Quaint yet modern. The hosts are really still with the heart in it. The food, we tried salmon, Oso Buco, Wiener Schnitzel and vegetarian food, all are excellent. We also enjoyed the homemade ice creams. There is a very attentive Service and the Price quality ratio is right. We will definitely come back.

This is our second visit to Hotel Weisser Hirsch and once again it was lovely from start to finish. The reception staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgable especially Patricia and Elisabeth and the staff at breakfast were always smiling, especially Stefanie. Our rooms were on the third floor with the most beautiful view across Lake Wolfgang. Beds were comfy and the bathroom was clean and bright. The only thing was there was no complimentary water or tea and coffee facilities and the mini bar prices were extremely high. Breakfast is extensive and very tasty, with fresh rolls, and a huge choice of hams, cheeses, cereals, as well as a choice of hot dishes. The hotel also has a beautiful private lakeside area for guests as well as a lovely restaurant right on the lake. The communal areas are all well furnished, welcoming and contemporary. We can't fault the hotel and look forward to visiting again in the not too distant future.
