Excellent cuisine and service. Friendliness. We do not have high demands; the room was clean, but very simply furnished.

We stayed there a weekend, all-inclusive. Only on Saturday the bar/restaurant was closed at noon, the staff had external catering. At first we were put off, but that there is everything tomorrow, then after 3 !! Complaints we got goulash soup and Sermmerl from the microwave (BOTH!!). Drinks were only available when the reception was time and place. The afternoon tea did not take place accordingly. Responsible persons were not present, nothing could be changed and there was no insight or suggested solution from the hotel. The rooms do not correspond to the photos, I would almost bet that these also did not have 54 sqm, as booked. All together, not recommended.

Nice ambience, perfect commitment of all the staff, very friendly, excellent cuisine. Rooms were very spacious except for the bathroom room.
