We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. From arrival to departure, all the staff were incredibly attentive, professional, and always smiling, which really made a difference and created a very welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. A special mention must go to Elisabeth at reception, who truly went the extra mile to accommodate our requests. She was extremely helpful and kind, especially when assisting us with booking lunch and dinner reservations, making everything easy and stress-free. Her support and positive attitude were very much appreciated. The hotel itself is an excellent choice — comfortable, well run, and perfectly suited for a ski holiday. The breakfast buffet deserves particular praise: a wide variety of high-quality options, fresh, well presented, and absolutely delicious. It was the perfect start to each skiing day and only a short walk to the lifts. Overall, the service, the staff, and the attention to detail made our stay outstanding. We would highly recommend this hotel and would be very happy to return in the future.

The owners of the hotel now have a new hotel project in Hinterglemm, into which a lot of love is certainly put at the moment. This unfortunately leads to this (actually very nice hotel) overall, then yet disappointed. You just need good and sufficient staff - and there is definitely too little here. The location of the hotel is very good for skiing and going out, parking is nearby, the rooms are (still) perfectly ok, the sauna area is really appealing - and the breakfast is (except for the self-Service stations) sufficient and delicious. But unfortunately there is a lack of people to exchange and "take care of". It doesn't really need much here, then this could be a very good hotel. Too bad, actually.
