Alpenhotel Kindl

A very clean hotel with nice staff and great water park. FOOD: The salad buffet in the evening was great and also the starters, main courses and desserts were excellent (it was very fast and we never had to wait for a course long, which was just great with small children). For us it was also great that there was already from 18:00, otherwise the children would have slept through the food. At the breakfast buffet you could find everything you need (many kinds of sausages and cheeses, fresh spreads, egg dishes etc. ), but there were also empty crossint, cakes, yeast pastries, cereals and various yogurts, butter, various jams, a large selection of fresh fruit...etc.). The afternoon snack consisted of sweet and savoury spits. There was always enough for everyone... Juice and water could always be drunk at the beverage stations. Also in the bathing area there was a station with drinks, which we found very great. KIDS WATER AREA: with great slides (3of which can be created even for children from 4 years old alone, a more demanding one) , water playground, family pool (a little deep 1,40m, with massage glands, rather small - we were there in the low season, so it was never really crowded, but I can well imagine that this pool is often crowded), baby baking (very great with water games and a small slide), nice relaxation area for families (family beds, very fine with small children) and dress on sauna, everything was very clean. KIDS AREA: The outdoor playground made a well-kept impression, but we were never there. The games rooms were always clean. The free playroom was great submitted with a soft play facility, various swings, various games for small children (bussyboards) and a digital games table where big and small had a lot of fun, a large sofa (top) invited to relax while the children played. Also always accessible was the climbing gym, and an area with an i-wall and various relaxation corners (looks great, but we didn't use). In the kid club there were also great actions for the children (crafts etc.), the room was very large and equipped with many great games (ball pool, slide, playhouse, train, toddler corner etc.). Also in the bar area there were spitting spots for children FACILITIES KIDS: there was 24/7 a baby kitchen with everything you could need, strollers are also available enough and in top condition or with because you could also master good hiking trails. They were also equipped with warm footmuffs in winter. In the saliva room there was always a children's buffet, but you could also order many extras, There were seat increases or high chairs for every age accordingly. For older children there were various games to rent at the reception. ADULT ONLY AREA: small but fine; a Jacuzzi, saunas and a relaxation room LOCATION: supr for skiing (bus stops in front of the hotel) and hiking. ROOMS: clean, large and lovingly decorated,

Just arrived and we have already received the first nice surprise, upgrade of the room ...a beautiful family room with two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. Just fantastic!!! The reception always very helpful and friendly have explained everything supper. The kitchen was also sensational has everything always tasted wonderful, and a really very friendly service staff!! The hotel has everything for families and children. Our toddlers were so happy with the caregivers that they never had enough. The carers were super nice and so attentive, really professional..at pickup you were informed exactly if the child had eaten and slept. Fantastic staff! My children were even sad on departure and even said to us in the evening: thank you for bringing us to such a beautiful place for the holidays. What can you say, top! The only point is: the wellness area is open from 15:00-20:00, but infants up to 3 years are only looked after until 15:00.... Of course, you can go to the reception and ask if the wellness area will be switched on earlier...but to avoid this I would either extend the care time by 1-2 hours for the babies, or then advance the wellness times by 1-2 hours, so parents with babies can also use the wellness at the times and it does not have to be switched on before. That would be the only point... but I have to say that we could really use everything because as mentioned on request was turned on before. Thank you very much it was beautiful and we will definitely come back.

We stayed in 2024 for a week-long holiday at the Familotel Kindl. The Service was always helpful and friendly. The food was super delicious at the time of day (we had full board) and it tasted good to everyone. The swimming area was the absolute highlight with the many slides - absolutely great for small water rats. Also the outdoor playground (opposite the hotel) is very good, but an additional sun protection for the summer would be great. The indoor playground is also great, especially with the climbing wall (which you can also climb as an adult) The whole place is easy to recommend.
