If you’re staying in Sölden and want something that feels relaxed but still high quality, Sportlers Hotel Sölden is a really good choice. From the first moment it feels easy. The reception area is more like a living room than a classic hotel lobby. In the evenings people just sit together, have a drink or play darts, table tennis or billiard. It gives the whole place a very social and comfortable vibe. The rooms are clean, modern and super cozy. The view is a big plus. Waking up and seeing the mountains right in front of you just never gets old. Breakfast was honestly one of my favorite parts. Everything felt fresh and high quality and there was a really good selection without it being overwhelming. It is the kind of breakfast where you take your time and actually enjoy it. The spa area is beautiful. The infinity pool with the mountain view is perfect after a long day of skiing. It is quiet, well designed and just a great place to unwind. Dinner at La Cucina was also really good. Nice atmosphere and very solid food. It fits perfectly to the overall experience of the hotel. What stands out the most is the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful and just genuinely nice. It makes a big difference and you can feel it throughout the whole stay. Overall it is one of those places where everything works without trying too hard. Comfortable, welcoming and just a really nice stay.

Dear Christian Pult and Karoline Pult, We stayed at your hotel in Sölden from 14–21 February 2026. The beginning was honestly very promising. Check-in was smooth, rooms are comfortable, location is great, and the ski room is impressive. The small birthday decoration prepared for my child was a very kind gesture. At that point, I thought: this will be a fantastic family stay. Unfortunately, the experience changed because of Mr. Alexander from Food & Beverages. His attitude toward us — especially toward the kids — was disappointing and, at times, simply unpolite. I strongly dislike this kind of behavior, particularly when it involves children. Kids are kids. We were supervising them and doing our best, but they also need to function in society to learn how to behave in society. What I cannot accept is paying full price for a family stay and getting the feeling that it would be better if we came without children. If the hotel is designed mainly for adults, please clearly communicate it — “adults only” or “12+” is absolutely fine. But do not create an atmosphere where families feel unwelcome after arrival. Every time I saw Mr. Alexander at breakfast, I felt stressed. That should not be part of a vacation. Holidays are supposed to remove daily stress, not replace it with new tension. All other staff members were friendly and professional — especially Mr. Ivan and the breakfast team. However, one negative attitude can strongly influence the overall experience. I have stayed many times in family-run hotels in Austria, including in Zell am See and in Bad Hofgastein (Hotel Norica run by the Czerny family). There, you truly feel the family spirit. Here, unfortunately, I felt more of a corporate approach than a family one. I will recommend your hotel to friends traveling without children. However, when I return to Sölden, I will likely choose a different hotel so my kids can enjoy their stay without tension. I hope you take this as honest and direct feedback. Family Folinski

The hotel exudes modern style, without sacrificing warmth or Welcoming. The rooms are spacious, clean and stylishly decorated with attention to detail, a perfect place to unwind after an active day in the mountains. The wellness area is an absolute highlight. The infinity pool overlooking the impressive mountains is an experience in itself. Through sliding glass doors you can swim straight from the outside in, where you can relax in the heated indoor pool. The bubble wall provides extra luxury. In addition, the hotel has both a textile and a nude sauna, both spacious and attractively decorated. Tea and water with mint and lemon are available free of charge. A spacious gym with group lessons completes the picture. The breakfast is also of exceptional level. From freshly baked omelets to juicy cherries and a wide selection of fresh bread, fruit and other quality products: everything is taken care of down to the last detail. The staff is friendly, professional and proactively thinks along with "no" does not seem to exist here. Thanks to the included Ötztal Sommerkarte, you can board the free public transport right outside the door and have access to various mountain lifts and other regional benefits. That makes the lodge not only a stylish, but also a practical base. Conclusion: Sportlers Lodge Sölden combines modern comfort, luxury facilities and excellent Service to create a hotel experience without any downsides.
