I had an absolutely wonderful stay at hotel Felsenhof and can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment my family and I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. They truly went above and beyond to make my stay special. During my visit it was my birthday, and the team surprised me by baking a cake and celebrating with me. Such a thoughtful gesture that I will never forget.
The rooms were cozy and kept spotlessly clean throughout our stay. They also had a beautiful terrace, which offered a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains.
The location is also fantastic. The hotel is conveniently close to several ski lifts, ski rental shops, and great restaurants.
Overall, this hotel combines genuine hospitality, comfort, and a perfect location for our ski holiday. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The staff was very friendly, and the hotel was immaculate. Our Room 209 had great views and was comfortable, including a heated floor in the bathroom. They have the policy of replacing towels only if they are on the floor or in the tub, and leaving them if they are hanging. I liked that they actually stuck to this policy; lots of places seem to replace the towels, regardless. Plenty of hot water for the shower. Each room had a locker for skis, including a heated rack for boots. Breakfasts were basic but nice, with good coffee quickly refilled and eggs cooked to order. We were able to park right out front for no fee, and buy our lift tickets at the front desk.
There were a few minor nits. The lock on the ski lockers was temperamental, and the window in the shower did not "tip" as it should. The beds were a bit firm. And "ski-in, ski-out" was a bit of a stretch: You could technically climb a short slope and catch a T-bar, and ski down pretty close to the hotel (although maybe that would have been better with more snow). But there is a bus stop across the street, with buses ever 20 (or was it even 10?) minutes making the 5-minute trip to and from downtown Lech and its lifts, which was fine.
Bottom line, we enjoyed our stay and believe that it was a good value.

Small boutique hotel with a fantastic location overlooking Lech. Lukas was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast team was amazing. The breakfast was also great with a lot of options to choose from at check in. Loved everything in the hotel and would highly recommend it.
