I was here for the 3rd. time visiting. The last time was in 2022. Since then, some things have changed. The room I received was absolutely fine. With a small terrace, which luckily didn't get any sun (it was very hot). That was it, then. I was familiar with the hotel's all-inclusive system. However, the service left something to be desired. In the morning, the staff was unable to clear away used dishes in a timely manner. In the evening, the service was limited to the main course. Everything else had to be fetched yourself. Here too: clearing away used dishes was a no-show. Four years ago, dinner was still served by a very friendly waiter. Then the next surprise: no hot water for showering. Informed the manager, heard nothing more after that. At departure, no inquiry about the quality of the stay. But they are happy to take your money. That was certainly the last time I stayed here. A real shame, because the hotel's location and view are amazing.
