The house is with a great location on a 10 minutes walk to the gondola or you can take the bus to the gondola or to the city. Our room, kitchen and bathroom were very large and the view from the house is amazing! We have a problem to contact the host because they do not pick up their phone number on a regular basis. Finally after many calls we managed to contact them and to to the check-in and the payment. The only problem of this house is that there isn't any ventilation in the bathroom and there isn't any Extractor hood in the kitchen, so the whole apartment gets very smelly! There isn't any place to throw the garbage near the house!

Our second visit to this wonderful place. This guesthouse is perfectly located- a short walk down the hill to the town and a short walk up the hill to the gondola. Beautiful view from the balcony. Great sized rooms and kitchenette. The owners are wonderful and always make us feel welcome. Perfect for long stays in any season.

My sister and I stayed with our two adult sons and their partners in 2 apartments on the top floor of this alpine chalet. The view from our balcony looks over the entire mountain valley with Lake Zell below. WOW!! wonderful comfy beds with huge feather pillows. Everything was clean, lovely and welcoming. Alfred provided us with local passes to the schmittenhohe gondola and lake ferry. Dinner at the George hotel down the road was just like my Austrian dad used to make. Felt like going home.
