Grand SPA Resort A-Rosa

Our stay at the Schlosshotel Kitzbühel was simply outstanding. From the stylish ambiance and the excellent cuisine to the beautiful rooms – everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. I would also like to specifically mention the excellent spa area. Really great infusions in the sauna. What we particularly noticed is the large relaxation area. A big plus is the breakfast and dinner buffet. Instead of a fixed menu, everyone can choose exactly what they feel like from a large selection of delicious dishes. We liked this concept particularly well. A very special compliment goes to the entire team. Rarely does one experience such friendly, warm, and always helpful staff. The genuine hospitality makes the difference and ensures that you feel welcome from the very first moment. You can feel that the guest is the focus here and that service is not just promised, but lived. A heartfelt thank you also to Ms. Melanie Huber for the pleasant and competent conversation regarding the planning of my birthday. Her great ideas and her commitment thrilled me. We would love to come back and can recommend the Schlosshotel Kitzbühel without reservation! A small note for guests with an electric car: The charging speed of the wallbox in the underground garage is rather slow, so the vehicle must remain connected for several hours for a sufficient charge. At the same time, however, an idle fee is charged starting from the fifth hour. It would be helpful if the hotel would draw attention to this policy at check-in or through a clearly visible notice at the wallbox. This way, misunderstandings and unexpected additional costs could be avoided.

Beautiful hotel and facilities. No air conditioning so do not stay here during a heat wave. Hospitality was probably fine by Austrian standards, but not terribly friendly or hospitable. 4 star not 5 star. Dining was excellent, pool was ok. Golf course looked beautiful. Room was hot and mattress and sheets were stiff and scratchy. Better for cooler temps.

Nice hotel, not quite worth the 5 stars in some respects. Work is being done on it… Very nicely laid out, friendly service, great location, very well-maintained golf course.
