The hotel is ideal for us racers: Only 6 km from the Salzburgring.
Rich and good breakfast. Room clean. Value for money reasonable.
Friendly staff.
Lift would be good.

Very close to a noisy road so there was good with noise in the room! Besides, there were scattered insects everywhere. There is a glass door to the bathroom, so you should not be shy! We had problems with flooding the bathroom floor after showering!
Breakfast was nice and service polite

Let me start with the positives : the food in the restaurant in the evening was very good (although - from another table - not everything from the menu was available anymore). The (regular) hamburger and a local dish (dumpling with mushrooms) were fortunately still there.
The breakfast buffet was very extensive and also very tasty. Eggs were cooked à la minute/...
An additional plus was that because of our trip we could go to the breakfast room before the normal opening hour of the breakfast buffet. The man who was there, by the way, spoke English.
Unfortunately, there are also a lot of points that need to be improved to call this a 3 star hotel.
Upon arrival at the hotel, the lady at the reception did not speak English (although the messages via Booking were in English), and I got a piece of paper under my nose to fill in our details. Then she brought in a 2nd person who could speak a little English and so could guide us somewhat.
The 2 rooms that were booked together unfortunately turned out to be on different floors, which if you travel as a family is less pleasant.
Also note that there is no elevator in the hotel, so you have to take the stairs with your luggage. The reception is one floor down, by the way, in the restaurant.
There was also a clear difference between the two chambers: both could use an update, but one even more than the other. The chairs on the balcony at the back were completely broken, so you could not sit outside if you wished (although with the mosquitoes this is not advisable), and the shelves of this balcony did not feel firm and bounced underfoot. The balcony of the room at the front was OK.
The rooms are very basic. Only the pure necessities are present. The bathroom (with toilet) is very small. The holder of the shower sprinkler was very high and loose so you had to hold it in your hands if you are not 2m...
Some extras: the daughters also managed to tell me that they had blood stains (from a hygienic dressing?) from a previous guest on the waste bin in the bathroom/toilet.
And instead of counting sheep to fall asleep, we could count the spots on the walls of the various mosquitoes knocked to death in our room...
As mentioned, this is a 2 star hotel rather than a 3 star hotel, which you can hardly go to with English.
