Hotel Schick

It was an unforgettable stay with very good food. We would especially like to highlight our lovely server Karina.

I recommend that the hotel manager spend a few nights in the hotel themselves; then the shortcomings in service at the reception, in the room, and in the wellness area will become visible. The employees are all friendly, but presumably not properly trained. The concept of only cleaning the room upon request for ecological reasons, but then changing ALL towels daily.... ? Instead of mopping the dusty floor. We also found remnants from the previous guest in the closet. The feedback card filled out by the previous guest was also still lying on the table. (Data protection!?) A bottle of water and 2 glasses in the room would also have been nice. We weren't even asked how we liked it during checkout.

Highly recommended! The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired; the half-board option we booked offers a large selection and is excellent. The spa area we used is spacious and offers everything for a perfect getaway. The deluxe double room is spacious, nicely furnished, and well-insulated. Ours faced the street with heavy through traffic. A perfect stay for us, and we will definitely come back.
