My stay at this hotel ended with an experience I have never had before. At check-out, I was told to pay €40 for allegedly “destroyed” towels – caused by my hair color. For classification: I didn't dye my hair at the hotel. With red hair, however, it is perfectly normal that minimal color residue can occur during washing. I would have absolutely understood if the towels had been washed first and the stains could not be removed. However, I was explicitly told at my inquiry that this was not attempted at all – according to the statement, the towels were disposed of directly. An interesting definition of “professional cleaning”. Since I could not understand the procedure, I took the liberty of testing myself: The towels I had used the last evening (not the supposedly disposed of ones) I took with me and washed them at home as normal – without special agents. Result: completely clean. So much for “unusability.” Particularly noteworthy: These last used towels should also be charged to me additionally. Having already been forced to pay €40, I insisted on at least taking it with me – which is only fair in my view. The whole procedure seems to me less like a professional handling of guest complaints and more like a very creative business model. The fact that it is not even attempted to clean towels, but they are apparently to be “replaced” directly, at least raises questions. The reaction at the reception was also unconvincing: Objective inquiries were more irritated than solution-oriented. Service is different in my mind. On cleanliness: The room was rather average overall, several spots were visible in the bathroom – this is perhaps where you could start before focusing on supposedly irreparable towels. Breakfast was okay, but nothing special. The rooms are also a bit old. Positively noteworthy are the location and the ski storage. Conclusion: If you are looking for a hotel where you feel treated fairly as a guest, I think you should think carefully about booking here.

We stayed at the hotel for the second time. The reason was the good location, the very friendly staff, the good facilities and the good value for money. We had the cheapest room category (which was okay). The room was large enough, the beds good and the bathroom modern. However, the closet was impractical (plenty of room to hang clothes - but only 4 hangers) with too few compartments. We had half board again with a satisfying breakfast and a good dinner. Salads, soup and main course were acceptable for the price in terms of quality. Okay for a few days. Great were swimming pool and wellness area. Super also the possibility to check out and ski before departure can still shower in the swimming pool. The garage is included in the price and the parking is wide enough and not you tight as in some other hotels.
