We stayed here for a short off-season relaxation break. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If there is anything you require, they will try to accommodate you. There is a heated pool with a water temperature of 29°C and several different saunas. The room we had was modern and spacious, but during the summer it would probably be too hot, since it faced west and did not have air conditioning. The food was interesting, but the chef made most of the dishes quite sweet. What positively surprised us was that we were offered dishes that were not on the menu, since we are not used to sweet main courses. The wine list offered a nice and affordable selection to accompany the food. In conclusion, it was a nice vacation worth repeating.

An excellent hotel, perfect for a skiing/wellness holiday. Clean, comfortable, courteous staff. Generous wellness center and included in the price, gym program and daily yoga. Showers available at every point of the spa/pools. Buffet and à la carte food, a meat/fish/vegetarian option every night (not great vegetarian dishes), snacks with soup and desserts between 3pm and 5pm, great after skiing. Ski room with heating boots. Very quiet and peaceful, we found a predominantly adult clientele, which was fine for us and our teenage boys. Ski bus stop a few meters away that leads to the departure of the Schlossalm cable car, one of the entry points to the Ski Amadè area. Fabulous slopes for all levels. The only small drawback - the water from the thermal pools would be perfect a little warmer. Apart from that, everything perfect: generous and quality hospitality. We'll be back!

just returned from a week holiday staying at the impuls and all i can say is it was fantastic,beautiful room (411) amazing view,excellent food wonderful staff,i will definatley be returning next year,bad hofgastein just went to the top of my places to ski in austria.
