Very attentive friendly service. Very good food. And the rooms are large and clean. Thank you again.

It’s such a nice, clean, and cozy place to stay right in the heart of Manhattan ! It truly feels like a hidden treasure. The only thing I’d strongly recommend is adding an area rug or carpet, which would really elevate the space and make it feel warmer and more high-end. That small touch would make an already welcoming place feel even more comfortable and complete.

We were there for a weekend to get some distance from my everyday life. Unfortunately for us on Friday evening there was no hot water available for showering. Here the hotel can not help district heating problem. The food is mass-produced adapted to the price. Service staff are very friendly. Which is a bit strange, that a service force with an a la carte menu running through the large hall looking for the table and pressing with the back of the hand on the schnitzel of the guest to test the temperature. How do you get the idea to touch the customer's food with your hand? Lettuce in the replenishment is transported in a plastic bucket, well, a bit operationally blind. Cake forks in the pot mess. Each guest thus attacks different fork tips. I guess nothing learned from Corona. Unfortunately, a major event disturbed our night's sleep until early in the morning. Here a conversation at the reception was clarifying and and was very generously accommodated. Here, Mrs. did not let herself be taken to meet us. The rooms are getting old I read here more often. Yes were clean except for the shower. The shower was unfortunately moldy, we only saw at night. In the future, just check beforehand. Bottom line. The hotel is designed for the masses and for guests who urinate drunk in the courtyard at night, the landlord can not help. Area top. Price good. The food is average. There is something for everyone at the buffet. The bathroom now good.
