Mozart

Cozy hotel, certainly not modern, but it is not needed. Clean and fresh, anyway. Some old furniture…but cozy. The rooms have a balcony and very nice views from the balcony. Bathrooms are quite ok, some are newly renovated something not. But still clean and quite ok. The food was a bit down pressed since we went with Scandorama. You always get a little stingier food. But we enjoyed the hotel. Haven't been there in July, but in Sep and May. We're going there again the 3rd time. Can recommend this hotel. Nice staff…who were in the dining room.

Very atmospheric hotel with incredibly friendly staff. When my son had a concussion and was admitted to the hospital, the staff at the hotel were extremely helpful, empathetic and sweet. The hotel is older, but very cozy. There is a lovely sauna and a steam room in the basement. The ski bus leaves right in front of the hotel, and many rooms have a view. Bonus is that there are double doors to the rooms, so there is TOTAL space at night! I would definitely recommend the hotel to others. When I "only" give 4 stars for location, it is because it can be a bit of a hassle to go skiing if you are outside of rush hours with the ski buses. But otherwise the hotel is beautiful and well located.

We liked the location of the Hotel Mozart. The boss is very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious with beautiful views. The center of Bad Gastein is only a few minutes away. Breakfast in the large historic dining room was an experience. We enjoyed it wonderfully. In this older house you can still feel the calm over a hundred years ago.
