In January 2025 we have a superior double room for 9 nights ungen booked. Price level in the absolute upper range, was ok for us. Nice staff, well-kept park and avenue area as well as great double Room. We felt really comfortable here! On Fridays, we were then approached by the boss, Mrs Mayer, that on Saturday a wedding party had booked the location and our Superior double room for wedding guests would be needed. On the contrary train we would then get another room. To him we have, although surprised, agreed to give the wedding people a beautiful Celebrate. The other room was then unfortunately the fisherman's house about 100 meters away. Immediately adjacent three fish ponds with mosquitoes, Mosquitoes, mosquitoes. It was absolutely not possible to spend a (nice) evening outdoors here. Seating, old iron bench. Mood/environment etc. max. Third-rate. In addition, the top bed and bottom bed were damp (we say: Klamm). When the staff refused us a dinner on Friday evening even in the castle economy with the reference to the wedding party taking place on Saturday, we were very, very disappointed: The staff recommended a restaurant on the nearby campsite. From then on we were certain, but sorry not so with us. We then left early on Saturday to Mrs Mayer's surprise. Note: This is not how you deal with guests, if we had known this before, the booking would have been cancelled and we would have looked for another accommodation. We had already booked in January 2025 and then after 5 nights in August 2025 we are informed that the double room has been occupied several times. This holiday has gone thoroughly wrong for us

Everything there is beautiful, Welcoming is phenomenal and the food, really great. We really enjoyed the whole experience. Even the wishes of the children were carefully listened to and allergies were taken into account. We had a wonderful evening together. Thank you very much for that

From the very first minute we were personally welcomed by the boss – warm, attentive and with a passion that you rarely experience. Also the rest of the team, including the kitchen, was just there for us and spoiled us all around. The service was not only impeccable, but so individual and dedicated that you felt like a guest of honor. The absolute highlight of the evening was the food. Each course was a small work of art – prepared by a top chef who perfectly understands his craft. The aromas were finely matched, the presentation loving and creative, and you could feel the quality and dedication in every bite. This combination of exclusive service, a warm atmosphere and a fantastic menu makes this evening unforgettable for us. A big thank you to the whole team – we will definitely be back!
