The bathroom with dirty walls, worn-out wooden sliding door, the floor is an epidemiological risk, yuck, the food is an imposition, for dessert, hard, old, dry bee sting cake, the service listless. Please avoid.

Bad. Rooms are dirty, stuffy, mold in the bathroom, and water does not drain in the shower. I was on a hiking group trip. The food was totally bad. Everything is cheap and processed products. The bee sting cake for dessert was still frozen and seemed to be stale. Service staff were snappy and unfriendly. Worst accommodation I have ever stayed at for such a price.

First the positives, the reception staff were helpful and friendly, the room was clean and cozy and the location in Zell am See was excellent. However, the poor breakfast offer is really letting the hotel down. The choice was poor, only eggs (and bacon) as a hot choice, the cheese was so thinly sliced you could see through it, everything was just a bit stingy, soulless and begrudging, including the service.
