Wellnesshotel Schonruh

Everything about the hotel is great - from the moment you arrive and are greeted warmly at reception, to the moment you leave, and everything in between. Great rooms, great food and great staff!

A week after our return from Seefel in Tirol we still have in our hearts the pleasant feeling of our wonderful stay at the Wellnesshotel Schönruh. Everything was absolutely perfect. The room, the pool, the kitchen, the staff. Points 100 out of 100. Hotel to recommend.

For a WellnessHotel the indoor and outdoor pool was much too cold. Sauna area very nice but no cold bath available. But a nice relaxation room. Our room was a bit cold and dated (bath and carpet). The breakfast buffet was really great, unfortunately only a coffee machine. Dinner is not worth the four stars. Salad buffet unimaginative, but soups were ok. The main passages partly underground. Once there were cheese spatulas. There were only saltless lumps of dough, no trace of cream, bouillon and cheese. Many guests didn't eat it. Shame on a four-star hotel. The well-known Austrian charm is sought in vain in the hotel. Too bad because Seefeld we liked a lot.
