Very nice hotel Amazing front desk staff So helpful and friendly

Upon departure, I forgot to take two high-quality electronic accessories (which were actually only used by me in the room). This was communicated within a few hours, thus within 24 hours. The incredible response: if I had forgotten it in the room, the cleaning staff would have found it... Incredible behavior - I had only used it in the room and simply forgot it. To accuse me of lying multiple times - unbelievable. If it becomes a lost item after months... and it is not picked up: no problem. Under these circumstances, it is ultimately theft for me; thus, the staff is unprofessional. The general manager wanted to get in touch - I am still waiting for that call to this day. One always knows who has entered and exited (this) room; ... and I am here for the last time. There is definitely no excuse for the absence and non-recovery of my property in this higher-rated hotel, and it is a slap in the face for the entire hospitality industry and for all business travelers here as well. Unprofessional!!

Room booked and a construction site right in front of the entire window front INSIDE the hotel! As if that weren't enough, I was woken up by construction noise before 7 AM. How can one assign a room under these circumstances? We are talking about a high-class hotel with overnight prices of 200 EUR - incredible behavior. If we had been informed, the hotel would definitely not have been booked by us!!
