Arthotel Binders

This was a clean quiet location with nice rooms and quality beds. The staff was wonderful and very helpful answering all our questions, and helping us to get to various locations we wanted to visit. We had a room overlooking the mountains and it was wonderful to wake up and look at the snow covered mountains each morning. I'd be happy to stay there again. A+++

Really enjoyed staying here, beautiful room with great views of the city. Very clean and close to the tram stop so easy to get into the city. Excellent breakfast and nice bar area.

I leave one star because of the unfair pricing policy , making a guest pay advance rate 134 euro then underselling room for 89 after a week feels highly unprofessional, after requesting to match price or cancel they refused despite talking to expedia, avoid at all costs!
