Austrotel Innsbruck

Stayed here on the night of June-29, 2026 in room 102. The view from the balcony was of the innsbruck alps opposite & the parking & outdoor restaurant seating area on the ground floor & the wetscher max logo opposite. We had abysmal Wi-Fi reception on both 29th night & 30th morning, not only in the room but in the reception also. Thus this hotel's Wi-Fi amenity is lacking & needs improving. Ate a continental breakfast here on the morning of June-30, 2026.

I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel recently and overall the experience was very positive. The hotel has remodeled, clean and very well maintained facilities, which makes the stay quite comfortable. The rooms are spacious, with bathrooms equipped with everything you need, and also offer beautiful views of the mountains, a detail that certainly adds to the experience in Innsbruck. As for the location, it is important to note that it is not in the center, but this does not pose a problem if planned well. The hotel is surrounded by services, restaurants and facilities nearby, and also has transport connecting to the city center, which is very convenient. A highlight is the hotel bar, which remains open much of the day. The bartender who served us was especially friendly and professional, preparing exquisite cocktails and providing excellent care that really made a difference to the experience. Breakfast was also good quality, with varied options to start the day. In short, it is a comfortable hotel, with good facilities and services, ideal for those who do not need to be in the center but do seek a pleasant and well connected stay.
