We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the staff was truly exceptional. They were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Highly recommend!

We were a guest at the hotel in the summer and you could feel the hospitality to the fullest. From the room to the restaurant, everything was great. To cool off in the heat, the hotel offers a beautiful and pleasant pool. We would particularly like to highlight the junior chefs Julia and Patrizia, who are there with passion and take care of the guests dazzlingly. You can tell this is a family-run hotel. We will definitely come back!

Lovingly family-run hotel near Innsbruck. We felt very well looked after from the first to the last minute. The whole staff was always friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was varied and very tasty, the entire hotel complex very clean. For the summer months there is a large garden with pool. Unfortunately, we were not able to use it yet due to the weather. The location in Rum is great, you are in Innsbruck in 15 minutes, but can still enjoy the peace of the mountains. We really enjoyed our time here, also due to the exceptionally good guest care.
