We were here for the 4th or 5th time for a stopover of a trip to Italy. Good actually quiet location on the A13, in a few minutes by bus or car in Innsbruck city center. Spacious rooms, some with beautiful views. After changing ownership, he builds his own home on the property instead of investing in the hotel. According to construction noise already in the morning, the whole property is untidy, the green areas are no longer maintained, the craftsmen stand in the guest parking lot. The entrance area is dirty. Rooms are worn out and in need of renovation. The hospitality of the previous owners has probably also been sold. Reception is no longer busy in the afternoon, the key is in the key safe. The once so great breakfast is now cheap counted discount goods, the coffee was cold, the service showed only rarely, nothing was added, "we have so few guests, it is not worth it".

Unfortunately, since the new owner took over, things have gotten a little worse. Unlike before, breakfast is no longer included and has to be paid for separately. Unfortunately, unlike before, it is no longer really sufficient. I just managed to get the last roll, then I had to look for something else in the almost empty basket. The room was very cold, during the day the radiator was only lukewarm despite being on the highest setting and at night it was completely cold. When the temperature outside is below zero, that's not good at all! The cleanliness was OK, there's nothing to complain about. Nice view from the balcony, but the snow there could have been cleared away when guests came.

Highly recommended!!! I cannot rave enough about this place. A hidden gem. Basically it is accessible by car but also by public transportation. We stayed 4 nights here and we received the Welcome Card which grants you free public transportation and some discounts to certain places (1 up and down by Cable Car at Oberperfuss, 20% reduction at Lumagica show in Innsbruck , 10% at Panoramica Ski in Innsbruck and so on!). The place offered free and safe parking spots and an amazing breakfast. And cats :)). The owner is really nice and helpful. we will definitely be back here! The place has elevator and we stayed at 2 nd floor facing an amazing view of the mountains.
