Pension Stoi

Excellent location a few minutes from the center, price a bit high considering there is no breakfast or elevator. The room is however of an adequate size for a short stay, the bathroom only has a toilet and shower and the sink is in the room. I would give it 3.5 stars, but 4 for the kind staff. There are 3 free parking spaces in front but if you don't find a spot you have to put it in a paid parking lot for $25 a day.

Stayed here for one night in July 2026. Pros: 1) The location is great. It is a short walk to the city centre. 2) The front desk staff was courteous and helpful and spoke good English. The check-in/check-out processes were smooth and fast. 3) The parking is free - the only place with free parking on our Austrian trip. But there are only two spots available. 4) The WIFI was free with excellent speed and connectivity. 5) The place is quiet at night and the sleep quality was great. 6) The room and bathroom were clean and the room was quite big. Cons: 1) The immediate vicinity of the hotel looks a bit run down and there aren't very many eating options nearby. 2) The tariff is on the higher side. 3) The front desk is not operational 24/7. 4) The bathroom was very tiny and the wash basin was outside the toilet in the bedroom.

Relatively simple but has everything you need. We had a large room with shower and toilet. The room was clean and the best part was that it was very cool because it was so hot outside. The guest house is within walking distance to everything.
