Attention, big disappointment! We can only strongly advise against this "4-star" hotel. We travel a lot for work in the Alps – Germany, Austria, South Tyrol – but we have never experienced such a disaster. The location is nice, the place is relaxed – but this establishment is a complete sham. We ended our vacation early, and there were solid reasons for that. The reception: Heartless, loud, and unfriendly. No smile, no "welcome". You felt like you had to apologize for every request. That was a recurring theme throughout the entire stay. On a sign at the front desk, they ask for a 10-point rating on Booking.com. Good humor... The room: Large, clean at first glance – but bare, loveless, and without any coziness. Tyrolean flair? None to be found. The balcony: Filthy, and then from 6 PM to midnight, bright "floodlights" were turned on, which made staying there impossible and even shone through the curtains into the room. Sleep? None to be found. In addition, constant smoking by inconsiderate smokers on the neighboring balconies. Noise on the neighboring balconies from unsupervised kids and rowdy soccer fans. Complaints at the front desk remained ineffective. The hotel itself is very dusty and has seen better days. The dining: Breakfast just barely okay, but not a 4-star standard. Bad coffee. The dinner buffet was partly inedible (tough, tasteless beef, many dishes too salty). Price for the buffet an incredible €39, dessert every evening a different pudding like paradise cream. The leftovers from the previous evening were also there. Drinks completely overpriced – 32 euros for an 8-euro wine is simply brazen. The sauna: The sauna area is great, but hygienically a disaster: There were no towels. In the room there was one (1) additional towel, which was probably intended for the sauna? You shower with it, sweat all over it in the sauna, and shower again afterwards – and then? For the second sauna session, you have nothing left. Drinks or fruit in the sauna, actually standard for 4-star hotels, were not available. Although you could get juice, water, or coffee-like drinks in the restaurant all day long – but walk there every time from the sauna? There was no sauna bag, bathrobes only upon request at the reception – and as mentioned, one went there very reluctantly. The service: The restaurant staff tried hard, but were often overwhelmed linguistically – except for one truly warm Greek employee who gave it her all. The reception, on the other hand, was an absolute disaster. The icing on the cake: Upon early departure, a smug "We already thought so" and a forced voucher with "Maybe you'll give us another chance." Yes, exactly – for the fact that they left us out in the rain on-site, did nothing, and lied to us afterwards as well (alleged room change that we never knew anything about). No customer-friendly refund for unused services, not a MUST, but something with style, which other -good hotels- definitely provide. But that is exactly what rounds out the picture that money is tight here. Then I'd rather have the voucher, where you know exactly it will never be used. Conclusion: The hotel was largely empty… many families rather just passing through…. – and that probably says it all. The services have been cut to the minimum, the atmosphere is loveless, unfriendly, and not at all relaxing. We regret every cent and every day that we spent there. Our very clear recommendation: Please do not book here! There are so many beautiful, welcoming hotels in Tyrol – this is certainly not one of them. We are sharing these subjective impressions because we want to spare others what we experienced.

Nice hotel on the country. Parking at the hotel. Elevator. Spacious rooms. Good beds. Stylish interior. Tryed the buffet and we all liked it well. Got my own babysitting. Great gym and swimming facility. Plus that. In the basement there is an older bowling court that can be used for free, Billboard and football games against euro(remember coins) Trampoline, playground and playroom inside the children. Very child-friendly. Sorry to only have one night here, will be happy to come back.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The amenities and the food are rather mediocre. The room furnishings are functional but lack care. Very thin and small blankets. The food (we had half board) is rather mediocre. Limited selection and only cheap food. Many play options for children and a nice wellness area. Unfortunately, the overall value for money is not satisfactory at all.
