Does not conform to what is seen and read on the site. Even though they talk about attention to "the whole family," children are not welcome, the included yoga lesson does not exist, the spa consists of ONE sauna (Turkish bath, infrared, and everything else are not active), some staff members are very rude and at the first request they roll their eyes and slam things down, the dining room is not cleaned above and below the table, and you eat with wasps flying around the food. The only positive things: 2 boys and 1 girl were helpful and kind, the dinner food was quite good, and the proximity to Innsbruck. In conclusion, I do not recommend it; the 4 stars are absolutely not justified.
