Alpenhotel Tirolerhof

It was a wonderful experience. I found the hotel simply wonderful, gorgeous, as if immersed in a fairy tale, created and decorated with care, attention to detail, and with great love for the identity of its roots. Very clean. In every corner of the facility, bedrooms that absolutely make one think of a suite. Staff very polite and attentive to the needs of the guests. Breakfast service, more than abundant and varied, buffet, for dinner it is super, super abundant and varied. Need to adjust the aim regarding dinner, which is good anyway, but given the wonderful and complex facility, one cannot get lost in the dinner. Some small notes to highlight do not concern the MANAGERS/OWNERS but rather the guests who, in their lack of education, do not know how to live with other people.

An excellent hotel although I didn't envisage it would be right on the main road. In saying that we were out every day so not an issue although the traffic noise could be obtrusive. Food was good, although the steak on the first night proved a bit challenging. It improved after that and tea and cakes each day was appreciated. We chose a south facing room which with the weather we had was too hot to enjoy so spent much of our time by the pool. Plenty of walking opportunities and choice of cable cars. Staff always helpful and friendly and Andrey, our Inghams rep, couldn't be faulted. We generally don't revisit the same hotels but if we were to visit Neustift again we would certainly consider it.
