Alpenhotel Fall In Love

We have now been to the Alpenlove for the second time – the first time in 2023 – and can say with conviction that the hotel has developed significantly during this time. We noticed the service as particularly positive. The entire staff is extremely friendly, attentive, and accommodating. In the dining room, too, you can tell that the processes are now excellently coordinated and the service knows exactly what the kitchen is serving. This ensures an all-around pleasant stay. The bathing and spa area is simply outstanding and invites you to relax. The central location right on the market square is also a big plus. However, anyone with a room facing the street should know that it can get a bit livelier in the evening. That didn't bother us, though. Culinary-wise, you are pampered at a high level. A small wish, however, would be to supplement the selection with more authentic Tyrolean specialties. That would perfectly round off the already very good overall experience. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely come back. Many thanks to the entire team!

The hotel is not to be found , we searched 40 minutes before we finally got there, we had to find a parking space outside the center because the parking spaces in the center are from other hotels , it would be 4 minutes walk but it is rather 10 minutes walk and the communication about this is incredibly poor. the hotel is well located in the center , which is car-free and where almost all hotels are. we were invited to have coffee with cake, this would be for hotel guests but costs 4.50 euros afterwards . In my opinion, they should communicate in advance about parking and clearly explain how to get there, as a guest. Room is neat , the wellness very small especially for the number of guests . 2 mini saunas and a small steam cabin are not worth it if you speak of a spa hotel with 2600 wellness area, it is only lying area with a cot here and there. The food was very bad we both tasted the main course alone but otherwise did not eat it. The room was nice and spacious and also clean, we had a Diamond Chalet room

In the information there was no indication that the wellness area is nudist.Also I found it very unsanitary that there was bathing in the whirlpool naked. At breakfast we were given a table in the off just because we booked no half board because like to enjoy the cuisine in seefeld, not very hospitable. In the room the pillows were a disaster flat and hard, we have never slept so badly.
