Bad food,unfriendly,dirty room especially the bathroom,not recommended

Wonderful hotel with delicious food and clean rooms.In walking distance all the sights and infrastructure of the city . I lived here for 10 days and was able to appreciate all the charms. Thank you very much to the hotel staff and hosts.

We were on site with a group of students and unfortunately cannot recommend this hotel for school trips. The arrival was completely disorganized, rooms were changed several times and arrangements were hardly reliable. In many rooms there were significant deficiencies (defective slatted frames, loose taps, broken lighting) that were not corrected despite multiple reports. The attitude towards us as a group was repeatedly inappropriate. It gives the impression that each group is supposed to be damaged in a flat rate in order to generate additional money retrospectively. We had documented everything, the landlord insisted on the last day that the repairs were made, but this was simply not the case. At last we were refused to hand over our suitcases and were insulted. The breakfast situation was poorly organized and our group was outsourced to unsuitable, cold rooms. Particularly critical was a situation in which a stranger specifically approached and observed our students, which led to great uncertainty. Conclusion: organizationally and content not prepared for school trips – we would not book this hotel again.
