We stayed at Appartementhaus Sieglinde for 3 nights over Christmas. Overall the room was comfortable however it was not as advertised on the website: there was no kitchenette (no stovetop, microwave, coffee making facilities or cutlery) and there was also no 'deep soaking bathtub' as described. Despite this the room was comfortable: a lot of space, nice view, very comfy beds. Our checkin process was difficult, there were no staff at our arrival and when we phoned the staff member that did meet us was extraordinarily rude. For the remainder of our stay we didn't see any staff at all. Also despite being charged 25€ per person for a cleaning fee our room was not cleaned once. It's a shame it didn't meet the description and that the staff were unfriendly as it has great potential to be excellent accommodation due to its perfect location and great views.
