Hotel Habhof

Had a lovely three night stay here in July 2022 in room 29 one of their basic rooms which was fine for me. This is a small traditional hotel in a lovely area in the Austrian Alps about 30 minutes from Innsbruck to the south east and about 40 minutes north to the German town of Garmisch-Partenkirchen so a really good base to explore the area by car. My room while basic was comfortable and clean and had a fridge which was handy and a spotlessly clean shower room. Being one of their basic rooms my room overlooked the street and didn’t have the fantastic view of the valley that some rooms had but given that I was out all day it didn’t matter and I got to enjoy the view each morning at breakfast. Breakfast was a highlight of my stay here with a great buffet each morning with a decent choice of items given the hotels size. The hotel had free parking which was a bonus and I always found plenty of spaces available when I was there. A great hotel for exploring this wonderful area and highly recommended.

After slight pause due to Covid we visited again.We arrived under sunshine and were greeted in the same manner.The format changed slightly but hospitality was just a same.New offering to get walking sticks will be great for summer visit.Right now we are looking for next visit.Thanks

This is our 10 plus visit and always everything was just perfect we even got fresh snow for our cross country skiing.All meals were excellent and wine list is always very nice. This time we had room with balcony which was a nice touch.We are looking forward to our next visit.Many thanks to everyone there. Danny
