This hotel is unacceptable. We arrived - before the summer heatwave - at this hotel with "air conditioning" and I reminded the receptionist at check-in that I had requested a room on an upper floor with a view towards the courtyard twice via email, which had been responded to with "I have gladly noted your requests." However, such a room supposedly no longer existed. After some back and forth, we were given a room on the 5th floor. It had a view towards the courtyard, but it was evidently not the booked superior room, as it was much smaller. I went back down to the reception. The first staff member I spoke to there immediately confirmed that it was not a superior room. The staff member who had "sold" us the room then joined and justified: It was already superior because it was on an upper floor. Hmmm!!! Much worse: The room was unbearably hot. We then moved to another room, this time truly superior-sized - but facing the noisy street. We left the air conditioning running in the evening while we dined out. It was not much cooler when we returned. At night, I woke up at 25 degrees! Warm air came from the air conditioning! The only proposed solution the next morning was that they would waive the parking fees for us. (As if that could make up for three bad nights - but we noted it as a sign of goodwill.) At check-out after three creepy nights, there was then a surprise: The parking fees were fully charged, despite the mention of a promised waiver. I found it too silly to discuss; the bad nights could not have been compensated anyway. Never again this hotel! P.S.: The fact that there weren't even closets in the room is just a small note.

This is a convenient and well located hotel. Nothing luxurious but large quiet rooms, good equipments and acceptable pricing. Nothing luxurious problem.

Great- I enjoyed the time, the team is very friendly. Especially Tinna at the bar!
