as described in the feedback that, i got deposit and extra room fee conducted by your hotel nearly 3 weeks later, it's unreasonable and unacceptable at all.

Check-In at 4AM was complicated (took very long). The receptionist wasn't that nice, because he was awaked. I really appreciate the noise reduction in the room. A/C works perfect!
