Am Konzerthaus Hotel

Horrible check-in experience. Not the level of hospitality that we have come to expect as seasoned travelers. We were treated very badly by a rude staff member late in the evening after traveling a full day. We had requested interleading rooms for my 2 kids and my husband and I, 4 days before we our stay and the hotel acknowledged it over email and said they noted it on the system yet when we got to the hotel to check-in, we were told there are no interleading rooms. The staff member that checked us in needs a lesson in hospitality

I’ve stayed in most of the Accor brands, but this was my first in MGallery and it didn’t disappoint! It’s easy to see why this hotel is in the ‘luxury’ category - the decor, attention to detail and overall ambiance is superb. The rooms are very well appointed in a modern luxury style with L’Occitane toiletries. Bed was large and very comfortable. Staff were all excellent - especially the bar where we spent far too long sampling the amazing cocktails (Vienna Colada my favourite). In summary, I highly recommend this high quality hotel for your stay in Vienna.

This is an amazing hotel right across the road from one of many concert venues in Vienna. Very close to Stadtpark and the Karlsplatz Underground. Great for walking! Rooms were well kept, and the lobby has an opera vibe to it.
