Well-kept rooms, equipped with everything you need, with lovely views of the Votive Church, perfect service, very kind staff and helpful for every need. Strategic location with transport everywhere, 10 minutes walk to get downtown. We will gladly return because quality, unbeatable price.

Cold Welcoming at reception on arrival, poor cleaning of the living room in triple room with my daughter. Wifi working. It should be specified that there are stairs and where the lift arrives when booking.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated. However, I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. There was visible dust, including large clumps and hair under the bed, which made it feel like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a while. The carpet in the main areas of the hotel was also noticeably dirty and had an unpleasant smell, which affected the overall experience. On a positive note, the location was very convenient, close to key attractions and amenities. With some improvements in cleanliness, this hotel could offer a much better stay.
