Arion Cityhotel Vienna and Appartements

I stayed at this property which looks like a 4 star, but in my opinion the service and amenities do not reflect this category. Here are the critical points found during your stay: • Room facilities: The room was devoid of mini-bar and courtesy amenities (bathroom set), elements you would expect in a hotel of this level. • Bed arrangement: Despite booking a double, we were allocated two single beds joined by a double sheet. This solution proved inconvenient and caused us some inconvenience during the night. • Breakfast: The offer is purely German/continental style. I would have preferred a more international and varied choice. • Service and Parking: The staff appeared unfriendly and unproactive in solving our needs. In addition, the hotel has an internal parking at a cost of 15 € per night, a figure that I think is excessive considering that in the immediate vicinity you can park for free with ease. In summary, the facility has potential but needs more detail and customer-focused management to justify the current classification.

The hotel is quite old yet well-maintained. The room is comfortable and clean. The employees are friendly and helpful. It’s a bit away from the city, but there’s Shopping soon. I might prefer to stay again.

Most staff quite unfriendly except Mohammed. The reception when we arrived seemed quite annoyed with us and not very helpful. It was very noise because a big tour group arrived and the kids ran through the passage until early hours. Not even a cup or kettle in room
