Pure comfort and convenience. Close to the airport and a very inviting welcome from the receptionist who was also very helpful. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend.

We have used Hein Parking several times now and are always thrilled. Super uncomplicated, reliable and really customer-oriented. Everything runs stress-free and pleasant – that’s exactly what you want before a trip. From me there is a clear recommendation, would not book anything else, for my air travel from Vienna. Every time everything worked out perfectly.

The hotel is very isolated, which would be fine if services were clearly organised. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. There are no easy food options nearby, so the on-site restaurant is essential — yet it is extremely small and poorly managed. We were given a specific time to attend the restaurant, arrived punctually, and were then told that it wasn’t actually a booking time but something about when people “rotate in and out” of the restaurant. This was never explained properly beforehand and made no practical sense to us as guests. When I tried to calmly ask the receptionist for clarification on when we could actually eat — bearing in mind we were travelling with family and had no nearby alternatives — the response was dismissive. The conversation was abruptly cut off, and the receptionist took a phone call, leaving us standing there confused, hungry, and with no idea what was going on. The issue wasn’t just the lack of restaurant capacity, but the complete failure in communication and basic guest care. In a remote location, clear information and a willingness to help are essential. Sadly, neither were present.
