Arian Hotel Pension

It is a shabby and tacky version of a boutique hotel. There is no such HOTEL. It is a renovated apartment, as if it were a vintage museum or something trying to look like one. You enter the lobby of a building that smells old and dilapidated. Forget about reception. Forget about the elevator. It is as old as the building. Up with the luggage for 3 days like this. Vienna on fit, for sure. The staff spends all day at the bar, it seems to be the profitable part. There are no meals. Breakfast costs 25 euros per person, which is not worth it. Croissants from the supermarket across the street, machine milk and coffee, eggs for Minions, and the pastry shop is absent. Any other option in the city is much more profitable. I would classify it as a tourist apartment to be reviewed by the competent authority.

We booked a 3-night stay at the Schani Salon. The location is very convenient and well-connected. The room has a good size. The biggest problem we experienced with the hotel was the poor service. The room wasn't cleaned. The cleaning staff is supposed to do it at some point during the day, but on two days, arriving both times at 3 pm, the room and bathroom were unclean. The other major problem was with breakfast. One morning at 8 am, the food wasn't on the buffet, and we had to ask for things to eat. The second morning at 7 am, there was more food, but no fruit or vegetables. I don't recommend it; it's more like an Airbnb than a hotel.

Very clean, functional and very quiet hotel, ideal for resting peacefully when needed. Strategically I call it perfect, with the metro stop of Neubaugasse within walking distance. The street where the property is located, Mariahilfer Straße, is a large artery full of shops and with many things to see. In addition, the staff was very friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.
