Graben Hotel

Our stay at Graben Hotel was truly memorable. The hotel itself is beautifully historical, with so much charm and character, you can really feel the heritage the moment you step in. The location is also a huge plus, right in the heart of everything. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to help and making our stay even more comfortable. If there’s one small area for improvement, it would be the amenities, particularly the heater, which could be upgraded for better comfort, especially during colder days. Overall, a wonderful stay with timeless charm. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a classic Vienna experience. If you want to feel like you’re in the old town then this is definitely the place to be

The hotel is centrally located just a few meters from Graben and perhaps a minute walk to Stephansplatz, the geographical center of Vienna. You walk everywhere to the main museums, shopping, cafes, restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are equipped with everything that you need, classic period furniture, clean, comfortable size room and a modern bathroom. The street is quiet (off Graben) and a very safe neighborhood. I highly recommend for single, couples, family. If you stay on this hotel you don’t need to buy public transport tickets, which I found expensive at €3.20 per ride. Even Belvedere is a 30 min max walk.

Nice hotel unfortunately staff not very polite , as soon as we arrived they wanted the card and were charging us 3600 € but as soon as I disputed that it was all paid they told me that they had not seen well , but they did not apologize, we paid 60 € of security deposit but the English of the receptionist was poor and did nothing to understand us. The night sleep was impossible because of the noise in the room above ours! During the 4 days of stay only towels were changed but on the ground was not even passed the 'vacuum cleaner nor was the bathroom cleaned! Wouldn't go back I expected better for what I paid
