We were part of a group of 110. Buffet breakfast and dinner included. Terrible food service. Food was cold, they didn't clear the tables, didn't keep filling the food quickly enough when they became empty, wine waiter had no idea what he was doing, took all the dinner plates away to restrict portion sizes . Bar waiter was very rude. Room had ability make hot drinks but no milk. Room fridge wasn't cold and had to be fixed ( which they did) Room tap leaked. Room sink plug broke

Even though you are right in the center of town our room is was extremely quiet. We were here for 2 nights because our river cruise changed to land tour due to low water levels. Our room was large and well lit. The bathroom had a tub/shower combination. The only problem with that combo, the tub side was about 2 feet high and beings I am short, I was unable to access safely. The hotel has a huge breakfast buffet with everything imaginable to eat. They also has a request grill for eggs cooked to your request. Outside the hotel on both sides of the street is a huge shopping mall. That came in handy for last minute items we needed. Subway is close-by for public transportation. We would stay here again but request a shower only room in the future.
