Hotel Savoy

Henri Hotel Wien… well now, we are talking about a hotel that clearly has a real commitment in terms of atmosphere 😅 Right away, you can feel it: it is not a cold and standardized hotel. It has a very “Viennese apartment” feel with warm, slightly retro decor, which gives a real impression of a lived-in place rather than just a simple stopover. The rooms are comfortable, well-designed, with everything you need to feel at ease after a day of sightseeing. It’s not flashy, but it’s cozy and pleasant to live in. Major strong point: the general atmosphere. It’s quiet, relaxed, and you almost feel like you’re in a little cocoon in the middle of the city. Nice little plus: the common areas provide a real convivial feel, without being intrusive, which is a change from more classic hotels. In short, a hotel with a distinct style, warm, and clearly pleasant for a relaxed stay in Vienna ✔️

Great location, walkable to many sites in Vienna. Very nice hotel, with a great breakfast!

Disappointed in this hotel for the following reasons. Too many stairs with no elevator to access reception. Dangerous when going up or down with a suitcase. Very small lift which means you wait a long time to access it with your luggage. I would use the stairs but not with my suitcase. Bathroom was very clean but be warned the toilet is in one room and you need to go to the shower room to use the sink. Walls of my room had chunks missing from them. It looked nothing like the photos on the website. Breakfast okay but basic compared to other hotels. Staff were nice. I stayed three nights as part of a tour group. I will not be staying again.
