This is a great hotel in a lovely quiet area of Vienna, close to wonderful restaurants, bars and independent shops. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and the room was immaculately clean, well kept and designed well. We would definitely stay there again and we highly recommend it. Vienna is a fabulous city to visit and we felt very safe whilst there, unlike a lot of capital/major cities. Thank you to all the staff.

I really liked the hotel, I found many advantages and few defects Qualities: - the single room was large and has just been renovated, and so both the bed and the furniture were new, and the faux parquet floor was very nice (so they are removing the carpet I read was there before) - in the room there was a new and very large TV, which took BBC, French TV and others; the 3 RAI channels were also visible (but I try to avoid them abroad... and also at home many times! 😁); there was also the kettle with instant coffee and tea and herbal teas, and I always use it a lot, so very appreciated! 👍🏼 - even the bathroom was all new, with soft towels, and it was practically an "extension" of the room, without door: the shower was practically in the room, then the sink in another large room, and finally the toilet (with window), but all without doors: I liked the solution, but I warn who might have problems - the breakfast was really good and super plentiful, both sweet and above all savory: I recommend trying to get out of our cliché “cappuccio e brioche” (which were delicious, by the way), and add the salty... I was basically having a brunch with delicious sandwiches and bread by the cut, also great, cold cuts of various types, cheeses, creams, cherry tomatoes, delicious scrambled eggs, bacon, also excellent... in short, I can not remember everything because there was really a lot of stuff! The rooms are nice and spacious and the tables have cloth tablecloths, another plus point - the cleanliness was great, and all the staff friendly and helpful, and if you need to leave your suitcase on departure there are no problems (and do not charge as unfortunately used in other hotels) - the location was really great, close to the Rathaus stop, and so you can also walk to the places of interest; however I recommend making a ticket even for several days for transport, so you see everything without problems and in comfort Defects: - as already mentioned the bathroom was without door, alert who may have problems, so ask for a different room - the elevator was a bit old, worked well, but a bit slow - the part of the corridors and stairs was still to be fixed, but does not have major defects, and you can also find shoeshine machines on each floor, which are definitely antiques, but can be useful 😊 Honestly I do not find other defects, I recommend it for all the merits and excellent value for money 👍🏼
