Do you like being lied to? Go , visit Sacher Hotel! They are good in it and , for no additional cost, they will laugh in your face , when confronted about it. Deal of the lifetime! I’ve rented two suites. Suite, according to the hotel website, is a room with separate living room and bedroom. For me for business purposes it was important. So… it was not separated. Just one, not very impressive room for outrageous price. I went down to reception and asked about it - the guy in the reception told me with broad smile, that that’s what they have and that’s it. More fun was underway. For the breakfast we were told to go to part of the restaurant open to public , long way to the buffet and not comfortable. The waiting time to get the breakfast was very long. Breakfast buffet was frequently incomplete, ordered warm dishes appeared after long waiting. Check-in slow and delayed. The location of the hotel is very good, but there are so many other hotels around…

The Sacher Wien certainly lives up to its reputation as one of the world's finest hotels. Accommodations were beautiful. Service was amazing. Breakfasts were the perfect way to start the day --- Lucia was always so helpful and had a terrific smile. Location is ideal. As I said after my stay last year, I want to go back to Vienna just to stay at this hotel.
