Cordial Theaterhotel Wien

On June 29th, we stood in vain at the hotel reception, and it turned out that for some inexplicable reason, there was a booking for us for a date a week later. We booked on the hotel's homepage and also wrote a note there about being at the theater that same evening. So it is quite clear. The receptionist informed me that they were fully booked and the manager would resolve it. So we looked for another hotel and found one. Then nothing happened. In response to my email inquiry, I received the answer that I was responsible for the mistake and that not being able to use the future date was my problem. I referred again to the issues with booking and that I had clearly proven that I booked for June 29th through the note and my appearance. Indeed, the confirmation email then contained the future date. It was 40 degrees in Vienna. Now I am counting a large sum without ever having been in the suite there. There was no effort to resolve the issue amicably.

The first thing that strikes when entering the room is the beautiful brightness, the windows let in a natural light that makes the environment cozy and vital, ideal for starting the day on the right foot. The central location, it is rare to find a structure that can isolate you so well from the city bustle, allowing you a total rest. Speaking of rest, the beds are comfortable. Another strength is the cleanliness, which conveys safety and hygiene. In summary: a bright, quiet and well-kept room, breakfast is varied and with a decent choice and quantity. The staff was impeccable and really professional, I arrived late and they made me find the key card, on the self check in. A kindness that makes a difference. An experience to be repeated definitely!

Great Hotel & Delicious Breakfast We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh and tasty options and a good variety to choose from. Highly recommended!
