Very good apartment hotel in Vienna Very large rooms, very central with trams right at the door of the apartment hotel. The kitchen is very functional, with a good refrigerator and fresh water. Very friendly staff. The only downside is that it was very hot and the air conditioning in one of the rooms was not cooling enough.

Last year we stayed in an Adagio apartment in Vienna and that was really perfect. That's why we confidently booked with the same chain again this year, but this stay in Munich unfortunately turned out to be a big disappointment. It started with the staff. Where we were welcomed and helpful in Vienna, we found employees here who appeared unfriendly and made little effort to solve problems. In addition, only moderate English was spoken, which did not make communication easier. When changing the towels we were told that we should have put the used towels in special plastic bags. However, we were never told this during check-in and such bags were not in the room either. It felt unjustified that we were called to account for this when we could not possibly know what the procedure was. The room itself was also disappointing. The kitchenette was so small that cooking was actually not possible. It was more of a small corner where you could just have breakfast. The inventory was also very limited: only two pans, two knives and two forks. For an apartment complex, where self-sufficiency is an important part of the concept, we found this very meagre. What bothered us the most was the hygiene. On Saturday morning, there was dog poop in the elevator, along with dog pee. This was reported early at the reception. The reaction was to put a cloth over it and put a sign warning of slipping hazards. Twenty minutes later, it was still there. At an outside temperature of 34 degrees, the smell was really intolerable. We find that unacceptable. The climate in the room also left much to be desired. The air conditioning worked very poorly, keeping the room very warm. In addition, the shower regularly suffered from extreme temperature fluctuations: suddenly piping hot water, followed by ice cold water. That made showering anything but comfortable. Are there no positives? Fortunately, yes. The hotel is a pleasant distance from the metro, making it easy to explore the city. In addition, the windows are excellently soundproofed; you hear virtually nothing from the traffic and crowds outside. All in all, this stay was a big setback for us. Especially considering the price, we think the quality is insufficient. After our excellent experience in Vienna we had much higher expectations. Unfortunately, this stay is absolutely not worth repeating for us and we did not find the money worth it.

Please never go to this aparthotel in summer atleast, there is absolutely no help from the staff, they dont bother as ours for fully paid, ac was not working for more guests as all were complaining, they did change our room after many conplaints, but nothing happened, its too too hot so if your planning to come, please dont
