Arion Hotel Vienna Airport

We booked the Arion Hotel for our flight through Ryanair with the "Parking at the Airport" option. We had a parking space and a transfer from the hotel to Schwechat Airport, which was punctual before departure and was also quickly available after arrival in Schwechat upon calling. The drivers were very nice but primarily spoke English (which is not a problem for us now). This is inadequate because two adults and two children (3 and 6 years old) were indicated at the time of booking, and no corresponding child seats (even after requesting one to be organized) were available for the 3-year-old, so she had to be strapped in on the lap during the transfer, which I believe is absolutely unacceptable for a 10-minute highway ride! Even the transfer abroad (Spain) went smoothly. Absolutely unsuitable for families with small children!

In my 50 or so years of travel, I rarely have stayed at a hotel as bad as this. Although the breakfast was average, the room was more like a closet and the service was awful.

Totally inept staff. I certainly won't book again.
