Mercure Wien Zentrum

We visited Hotel Mercure Wien Zentrum at Naschmarkt 1A - with Arrival 12th of August and Departure 17th of August Room No 106 The hotel is amazing. The hotel Mercure Hotel Wien Zentrum, Fleischmarkt 1A ***** of ***** First impression is very good and it continues through the whole visit. We will for sure return. The reception ***** of ***** Salvatore is the Front Office Manager. I saw him solving customer questions exactly the way they should be done. Quitely, smooth and in a way that made the guest content and almost happy. Like with any other negotiation he achieved the goal to make both parts satisfied with the resuIt. Every time we asked for something Salvatore helped us. From my point of view he has skills far above the others. Besides that, he was fast and service minded and he always gave us some extra information. We were welcomed by Sila in your reception. She is a star. She speaks extremely good English. She is service minded. When she did not have an answer she searched for the information and helped us. The hotel room ***** of ***** Our room was large, had nice facilities and a comfortable bed. Our favourite was the combined furniture with a kind of wardrobe, a drawer for clothes etc, a fridge that everyday was filled with mineral water, cola and juice, a bench with a Coffee machine and so on. It even had a space for a suitcase. One extra star for all the water, cola, juice, coffee and sugar that were delivered by a very effective and nice woman. Since it was extremely hot during the period we spent in Vienna it was highly appreciated. It was 35-40°C. Breakfast buffet ***** of ***** It was one of the best breakfast buffet we have ever eaten. Fresh and wellpapp organized. The restaurant GO!Wien ***** of ***** The wienerschnizel tasted very nice. Cleaning of the room ***** of ***** Barbara is a star. Perfect english, nice, funny and effective. We wish here success in her uni studies. All the other hotel maids seemed almost all very experienced and knowledgeable. And the unexperienced was guided in the correct direction by the once more experienced. Location ***** of ***** For us it is important with communication facilities. We always try to go by U-Bahn or tram around the cities we visit. Since Schwedenplatz is a hub for this kind of transportation the location of the hotel is perfect. Shops close is a condition that also was fulfilled. The BILLA shop behind the Anker Uhr turned out to be our favourite. So, altogether we got a very pleasant visit to Vienna thanks to this amazing hotel.

Great hotel, super centrally located, Schwedenplatz subway station right next door, shopping street on the square, close to St. Stephen's Cathedral. Very friendly staff, always nice and helpful. Very good room with a great bathroom, refrigerator, and very good air conditioning. Nothing is missing at breakfast, there are even freshly squeezed fruit juices, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, and pancakes upon request... I would love to come back.

Clean hotel, welcoming staff, breakfast rich in various sweet and savory specialties. Central location, located near the subway and tram stop. Highly recommended! PS: a special thanks to Inna, for her availability and kindness
